Not very practical
Fashion has been one of my weaknesses, when it comes to luxury items, I don’t mind spending all my savings on them, however, after making the purchases, that’s when I feel I wasted my hard earned money on items that weren’t very practical. And there were time I wished I hadn’t bought them at all.
When a long time friend suddenly invited me to go shopping, I instantly said yes, I still have extra cash that I could spend, after buying a rolex watch. At our meeting place, I saw the omega watch she was wearing, I was so amazed, she must have hit it big time to afford such an luxurious watch, and her chanel handbag was also superb. When my friend noticed the pure admiration I was giving her, she laughed and whispered to me that her bag and watch were only replicas of the originals. And it didn’t cost her much for them. She said that she’s a very practical buyer, like her polo shirts, she only buys polo shirts that are on sale, like Ralph Lauren and Lacoste. That’s why she only buys replica watches and replica handbags, they were so like the original that no will ever know they weren’t. I asked for the website where she orders from, I’d definitely try purchasing replicas.
Dress Code
A week ago, as we celebrate our family reunion, I noticed that some of my younger relatives from abroad are wearing NFL jerseys numbered from one to eleven. I do not know what their gimmick for wearing that kind of clothes was. Suppose to be, our dress code for that day was formal. As a matter of fact, some of my aunties are dressed with gowns, stand with their high heeled shoes and sandals, carrying replica of Louis Vuitton bags. But as I looked with my cousins and asked them what was the reason for wearing that kind of attire, they spontaneously replied to me that they were not been able to inform them about the dress code.
They think that family reunion doesn’t need a dress code as long as they are present to that occasion. They wanted to rent at least formal suits but time is so near and they had no time for doing it. And I did not think that the dresses they are wearing are knockoff purses shirts since they came from abroad. One of my cousin whispered to me that he had a gift for me same as what he is wearing that day. I thank him not for the gift but for the thoughtfulness he shared with me.
Spring cleaning
During my spring cleaning, I do not only clean up the house but also clean and arrange my closet. I check each of my clothes and shoes, and evaluate the condition they are in, and decide that whatever I don’t use anymore but are still in good condition can still be given away. There were a few items that have been worn out from constant wearing, those that were too worn out and damaged, I had to throw away.
After almost spending the whole day just cleaning up my closet, and it was a tiring task to accomplish, I had to fit majority of them,I had one box that I can still be given away, and only a few to throw out. The best thing about cleaning my closet is, replacing those that will be given away or thrown out. And replacing them means shopping for new Abercrombie and Fitch tops, Ed Hardy t-shirts and new pairs of Christian Louboutin shoes. These brands are my all time favorite, I just love their unique and exquisite designs. What better way to start spring than a whole new spring wardrobe. I just can’t wait to check out their spring collection or their latest designs and styles.
